Came for a pre-girls night activity. SO MUCH FUN! Megan is super knowledgeable and guided us through the silks so professionally. We all felt extremely comfortable. The silk aerial class was 12/10 and we’ll be back!

I did a group fitness class with Katie and it was awesome! Definitely worth the drive down.

Came for a Bach party and we were lucky to have the owner teach our silk class!! She was phenomenal and showed us a great time while celebrating the bride! Very skill appropriate for beginners and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I just went to my first class yesterday and I loved it! The energy was fun and positive, and I felt great about myself afterward! The hip hop class has a lot of fun and energetic dancing that definitely leaves you sweating! I will be back for more!

Such a positive and empowering environment! Every class leaves you feeling better than you did before. Instructors are amazing! My new fav place to work out and feel like me! :)

I definitely recommend trying this at least once. I did and now I am hooked. The instructors are amazing and you are always learning something new. ... Please check them out. You won't be disappointed!
