Booty Pops & Drops​

Yes - that's actually what the class is called! Booty Pops & Drops is all about cardio and twerk. You'll learn several techniques in twerk and learn a new routine each month. We highly recommend knee pads and tennis shoes for this class. Class is 45-minutes.

BollyX

This is a Bollywood inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. It's a 50-minute cardio workout that cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

Cardio Crush & Strength

This class is 45-minutes of high energy yoga routines set to your favorite hip-hop songs! Comfortable clothes and water are recommended.​

Cardio Hip Hop

This class is 45-minutes of high energy dance routines set to your favorite hip-hop songs! Comfortable clothes and water are recommended.

Pole Conditioning

Pole conditioning is focused on building strength and endurance for pole dancers. There will be a mixture of on and off the pole exercises. All levels welcome as modifications can always be made. This is a fast paced class so be prepared to sweat while having fun!

Stretching and Flexibility

This is a stimulating and interactive class choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy. This class will help guide you to gain more mobility and flexibility in all areas of your body! Yoga mats, blocks, and bands provided on a first come first serve basis. Students are encouraged to bring their own equipment.
