Everything you need to know before your DID Fit celebration!
📝 How do I book a party?
Booking is simple!

Fill out our party request form right here on our website.

Payment is collected through the form, and you’ll immediately receive an email confirming that your payment was successful.

After we review your request and confirm availability, you’ll receive a second email letting you know your party is officially scheduled.
If there’s a scheduling conflict with your requested time, we’ll reach out right away to help find an alternate time or offer a full refund—whichever works best for you!
👕 What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes you can move in—think leggings, biker shorts, tanks, or tees. Avoid anything baggy, and we have cubbies in our lobby for shoes and belongings.
💍 Should I take off my jewelry?
Yes! For safety and equipment care, all jewelry must be removed before the party. This includes rings, bracelets, and large earrings. We’ll have a spot for you to store your items.
💃 Do I need experience?
Not at all! Our parties are beginner-friendly and welcoming for all bodies and experience levels. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
📸 Will we be doing tricks like we see on Instagram?
You'll learn beginner-friendly, confidence-boosting tricks that are totally Instagram-worthy! We'll even save time at the end for a mini photo session to show off your new skills.
😅 What if I’m nervous?
You're not alone—it’s totally normal to feel that way! Our team creates a supportive, inclusive, and body-positive environment where you’ll feel safe to try something new and have fun doing it.
🥤 Can we bring food or drinks?
You’re welcome to bring water and light snacks (please keep them off the equipment and mat areas). We also have a water fountain and filling station so you can stay hydrated during the fun. Planning decorations or a full snack/drink setup? Let us know in advance so we can help accommodate!
⏰ How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and sign a waiver. We start on time to make sure you get the full experience.
📷 Can we take photos and videos?
Absolutely! We love capturing the fun. Just be mindful of others in the background and ask permission before posting group shots. Need help taking pics? We have tripods and stands available for use or hand us your phone and we’ll be your hype crew!
🧒 Is there an age limit?
Our standard parties are for adults (18+), but we also offer party options for younger aerialists. Reach out to chat about youth-friendly party bookings!
💸 Do I need to bring money?
Nope—the full payment is taken at the time of booking, so there’s no need to bring additional funds.
However, our amazing instructors do accept and appreciate tips. If you had a blast (and we think you will!), feel free to bring some extra cash to show them some love!
