Pole
DID Fit Studio offers a range of pole fitness classes from beginner to advanced, emphasizing technique, strength, and fluid movement.
Welcome to Pole at DID Fit! Every Pole class is one hour in duration and we offer levels 1-4. Our class sizes typically range from four to a maximum of 14. Students may share a pole depending on the class size - but don't worry, we're friendly! And you'll still get an awesome workout. All new students must take an Intro to Pole before signing up for leveled classes. Already have pole experience? Take a look at our infographic below to see which level is the best fit for you.
