Classes
We offer a wide variety of classes here at DID Fit. Click on each class tin the "Classes" drop down to learn more!
Select an Intro class if you are a new student to pole, silks or lyra. You can take as many intro classes as you'd like, until you're ready to move on to level 1, in any apparatus. To move on to the next level, ask your Instructor for a Level Advancement Sheet. Instructions and guidelines are included in the sheet. Once you've satisfied all the requirements - you're good to level up!

Pole
DID Fit Studio offers a range of pole fitness classes from beginner to advanced, emphasizing technique, strength, and fluid movement.
Lyra
DID Fit Studio’s Lyra classes teach aerial hoop techniques, focusing on strength, conditioning, and fluid combinations.
Silks
Silks classes cover aerial skills for beginners and beyond, building core strength and flexibility.
Cardio
A variety of cardio sessions focus on stamina and full-body conditioning for all fitness levels.
